I agree. I see so many VA's who have built many maintenance centers and set the prices so low, they are not making any profit, in fact loosing a ton of money, yet because there price is so low, nobody is making any money. Yup, at the risk of cutting my own business ... LOL I would suggest 35% floor for partner airlines and 50% for other airlines. Can only do it for "cost" for your own airplanes. That would give at least some incentive for people to get their own centers.
