The Case of the Dissapearing Kerosene

So I'm about to start my descent after a long flight, with 30000 kgs of kero left... When i open up the flight simulator window, all that fuel dissappears in FS and then FN, and i end up trying to glide to my destination point... This definately sounds like a communication bug between FS and FN... It happened 2 days ago as well... Will you need the log file?
