Can anyone explain the difference between flight hours, standard hours, and adjusted hours in the pilot logbook?

Re: Logbook Question
Flight hours: is the actual time as recorded by the simulator and FSA client.
Standard hours: is a standard time that the flight should have taken (to remove any shenanigans by the pilot).
Adjusted hours: is the standard hours adjusted by sim rate.
