VA integration pack NEW PILOT REGISTER FAIL

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my integration pack regarding the new pilot subscription form I incorporated in my website. After trying few times it tell me everytime that subscription was failed! Reason is empty and don't know really why? Anybody help please? Many thanks to all.

The new pilot registration has been disabled because a hacker was using it to flood a VA with spam registrations. I have a plan fix it using some form of Captcha system but need to get going on that. Its the next thing on my list after fixing the bugs in the copilot/2.4 client. It will of course require some modifications for those who already have it implemented but that is un-avoidable.

Really appreciate your answer, I discovered it this morning reading some other airlines advice about. Thanks a lot anyway I implemented already my website introducing a tutorial on how to register directly on fsairlines website. Have a nice day sir.

I have a problem with the registration process.
an applicant user completed all fields in the registration form for my virtual airlines, but registration is failed and shows a message following

FSAirlines Registration and Application for Iran Air Virtual
Sorry, the registration failed!

Reason:

in this section, no show the reason or send the application to my virtual airlines.
