Re: Maintenance and Fee Changes
Hi Joe,
Don't suppose that you've thought about us being able to set our Maintenance Center to automatically maintain aircraft at a set threshold? For example I can say to my VXL Heathrow Maintenance to automatically maintain an aircraft thats past its 60day limit? Or to prioritise an aircraft that past the 2 year limit...?

Re: Maintenance and Fee Changes
Hi Joe,
I do have an issue with this changeover, though...
Several aircraft that I had on the Trader's List prior to this change going into effect, are now back in my virtual hangar and I can't sell them until I maintain them.
I don't think it is fair to retroactively apply these new changes.
Just my .02,
Scott

Re: Maintenance and Fee Changes
Many of the airlines were going through the efforts to get there fleets up to date and did not want to wipe that out by making everything up to date, that would make it so that a year from then everyone would complain because all there AC would go past due at the same time. So what I did was to update the maintenance dates with a random value so that 95% of the aircraft were flyable and then deal with those who felt the fact that half their aircraft were not sellable on a case by case basis. So Scott, your VA is the first of those 'case by case basis' VA's and all your aircraft have had their maintenance dates updated so that if not maintained in the last 6 months, they had been marked as maintained in in the last 6-12 months.flugkapitan wrote: ↑Tue Apr 02, 2019 5:28 pm Hi Joe,

Possible, but I looked at it in google maps and I see only a few aircraft parked on the ground and LFBT - Tarbes, which is designated a storage airport is only around 200 nm to the south.

Re: Maintenance and Fee Changes
Greeting Joe:
We have already received the first parking invoices for our planes at the different airports in the world where they have landed.
The question we have is, could we build or lease hangars, where they can parking our airplanes and thus not have to pay a fee for each aircraft at airports? For example in our base (SKBO) and in the Hubs that SAV has in different airports in Colombia and the world?

Hangers are possible in the future, need to work out the issues with the current system.LAW251 wrote: ↑Thu May 02, 2019 1:57 am Greeting Joe:

Thanks Joe. I did search for an updated article but obviously not in the right place!
