WHY IS IT?

Guys.
Been looking At other Airlines, i see that a lot of the, how can i say this, Russian Countries, Or that Area,
Have a shed load of Pilot's.
Where a lot of Uk Based Airlines like us Struggle to Get new pilot's to Fly for your Airline,
Anyone got any idea's, On how Us Uk Based Airlines can Bring in some new Blood,
Let's Get this Forum Really going, with all different Views, As to why Airlines Struggle to get Pilot's But the Russian Airlines Have Loads of Pilot's.

because there are only a few russian airlines where as US and Europe have hundreds so the pilots are spread thinner
