What attracts you too an Airline?
We at ScotKent Would like to hear All Views, As we have found it is Really Hard to Try to get Pilot's To Join A VA.

I'm looking to join a VA within FSA. What do I look for -
A group of people geographicaly close who I can be friends with.
Active forum discussion and friendly debate.
The right fleet mix as I tend to favour B737-400s A320s DC9s B747s and the odd ATR or Dash.
Active TS so it is possible to chat while in flight.
An event or two to get the group flying together.

Thank's for your Post, My self and A couple are all uk Based, We have our own Server,
We have Got a Teamspeak 2 And Teamspeak 3 Server's running constantly, As i do agree, it is good to Talk and Fly together, Makes the whole thing a lot more fun.
Trying to get the Forum Going, But it hard Work lol.
Will look into the Event's Idea, sounds a good idea of getting people to All Fly together,

One of the biggest measures I look for is how active the members seem to be. Forum messages, speed of replies and processes.

I'm always on TS Just in Case someone was to come on, As for flight's we are Fairly Active, I try to Do 4 maybe 5 Flight's a day, Work Permitting.
The other Pilot's, Are fairly active too.
But there is always room for Improvement,
