Hi I am looking for a painter to do a paint job on a 747-4 and 737-8 Please please please as i dont know where to start or how to do it

Well, normaly the CEO of the airline knows how to do repaints, So ask him, if your the CEO read around on google, and youtube, theres lots of Tuts you can read, its always good to learn, then if you get stuck along the way ask for help.
