Re: Intercontinental Global Alliance
Ok, we've sort of formulated a plan.
I have requested partnerships with all the member airlines, and will start sending routes soon.
Our route network out of Windhoek is in shambles though, so I will over the next few days rework the routes, adding a few and buying new aircraft.
If any of you have the following for us:
2x A330-200's
2x Boeing 737-500
We also have a 747-400D that we are selling, this is a real money maker on shorter routes, let me know if someone's interested.
Thnx guys!

Good news!
Our international routes out of Namibia are now sorted out!
So, do I codeshare these routes with everyone?

Re: Intercontinental Global Alliance
You don't need to. What the alliance allows is a way for airlines to cooperate. It's not nessecary to share ALL of your routes, but keep in mind you receive a 10% PAX bonus by flying other airlines' routes, while they can earn a 10% PAX bonus from flying your codeshare routes.
Re: Intercontinental Global Alliance
Full name: Australian Coast to Coast Virtual Airlines
Proof of Airline Consent: not required
Central Hubs: 3 central hubs all similar in size and all connected: YSSY (Kingsford Smith Intl Airport), YBBN (Brisbane Intl Airport), and YMML (Melbourne Intl Airport)
Locations Respectively: Australia: Sydney, New South Wales: Brisbane, Queensland: Melbourne, Victoria.
Comments: IGA already has a member in Australia called ANZAS. we are currently requesting partnership with them and hope to share the skies of Australia together with this alliance. We currently have 3 fleets overall 27 aircraft ranging from domestic to international and a large net of flight plans all over Australia. Also we are currently expanding into other continents. Our airline reputation is down a little bit currently due to a recent accident in a light aircraft however the pilot has been fired since. If you look back through our flights you should see the majority of them are rated between 85% and 100%.
Ps. if the long name causes issues it can be abbreviated as ACTCVA
Cheers,

Ok, great!
We want to expand into the US, and I was hoping North Airways might have the routes for us?
We were thinking out of JFK, to the following atleast:
Washington-Dulles (KIAD)
Houston (KIAH)
Minneapolis - St. Paul (KMSP)
Boston (KBOS)
O'Hare (KORD)
Denver (KDEN)
Miami (KMIA)
Los Angeles (KLAX)
San Francisco (KSFO)
Seattle (KSEA)

I give a passing vote to ACTCVA, and if Matthew gives a passing vote too, then North Airways has approved.
I don't know how integrated your airline's routes are, but all I know is ANZAS also operates out of YSSY. If they agree, then I'm sure something could be worked out. After all, there really isn't no "competition" in FSAirlines. The reputation isn't an issue. As long as it's above 80. The client has recently been redesigned to determine crashes based on decent rates instead of a crash response from FS, so even if crash detection is off, a crash landing will be registered now. Just be aware of that.
Current voting standings are:
Air Mermaid - APPROVE
ANZAS - PENDING
North Airways - APPROVE
Pacific Island Airways - PENDING
Turkish Golden VA - APPROVE

Re: Intercontinental Global Alliance
Wessel,
Unfortunately North Airways does not operate from KJFK. The nearest airport we operate from is Newark Libery Intl (KEWR), which we can offer you. We fly to all the other airports you listed, but all of our routes (well a majority) operate on a hub and spoke, so you'll have to fly in and out of our hubs at Detroit (KDTW), Dallas (KDFW), and Las Vegas (KLAS). If that's not a problem, I'll start sending codeshare routes.
From KEWR, there is a route to KDTW. And from KDTW, we have many connections throughout North America which we can offer you. Look at our flightplans page if you're interested.

Hi guys!
Wessel i was wondering if that 747 was still up for sale because i think if we can buy it of you. North Airways could operate it out of the UK flying to destinations in Florida for example i will expand the routing network and the main connection into europe making IGA truely worldwide. Just a thought.
Matthew

Sorry for long reply, I've been on holiday at my family beach house which is without internet
ANZAS is a little unsure about this, as many of the routes we fly conflict with ACTCVA's routes and this sort of thing doesn't happen in the real world haha. However, we will give a passing vote.
