Managing Type ratings

Hi,

Found this bug today. When managing type ratings from overview page, going from No to TR, TR to Yes, or No to Yes, when you select update all is OK. If you go from Yes to TR, Yes to No, or TR to No, when you select update, you get a blank page and the type rating doesn't update.

Edit : On revoking type ratings I initially thought that it updated OK but it doesn't, so it's well and truly broke.
