No A/C on the client

Hi all, first of all, sorry for my English. We have a problem with the fleet and the flightplans. When we book a flight, the aircraft doesn't appear on the flightticket on profiles neither on the FlyNet Client. We modified the flightplan, because we bought another aircraft. But we remade the flightplan again, and same bug. The same appears to be with all new flightplans we upload. Does it happen anyone else?

We are going crazy, no A/C on the client neither on the profile but in the signature

Anaway that only appears to hapen with the new flightplans...

That's really weird. Are we the only one, or does anyone else happen the same?

Do you still have these problems ?
