Just a simple question..
why my client keeps crashing?
Happened to me many times and too often.. Im not gonna waste more time trying to solve this problem..
Just for clarification.. No any program running while flying.. neither any tray program except my LAN connection, and my HOTAS profile..

Please post your "Log.out" file from the FlyNET Client folder.
Also, please give further details. "My client keeps crashing" unfortunately is not nearly enough information to determine the problem.
On all problems, the following information is needed -
1) Type of problem (in your case, the client is crashing)
2) System the problem is occuring on (processor, operating system, etc)
3) Any modifications you may have made to the client (specifically, we need to know if you've turned off the tracker or not)
4) Specifically when the error occurs. This means we need to know if it always happens a certain amount of time into the flight or during a certain phase of the flight. The more descriptive you can be about when it happens (both in relation to what the client is doing just before the crash and what is going on in Flight Sim before the crash) the easier it is to pinpoint the issue and give possible solutions.

-The client crashes while inflight and cruising and sometimes while on runway, but most of the cases while cruising..
-No any system problem.. I just get the Error Message for sending or not sending the report which is (Flynet.exe has encountered a serious error)
-I only have Flynet without any mods to it neither to FS9...

It looks like the problem is the flight tracker is attempting to contact the database and it's not getting a response. Most of your problem should be resolved by not having the client talk to the database during flight.
