Problem with pilot list

i tried the new Va integration thing and some pilots who have already left are still on my list. could an admin please take a look at that. Thanks

sorry to bump this thread, but i think it needs adressing as it affects my airlines miles as it now adds both matts and andrews(who have both left) miles into the mix. on the list are all the spammers i have removed and declined.

Not when i log in no, but if i go to change the type rating then yes they are.

Hrm... odd... Try deleting all of the type ratings they had assigned.

None of them have type ratings. at all. but when matt and andrew moved over to flying colours they are not on that list on flynet anymore. could it possibly be that the decline pilot button is coded incorrectly and they get removed from one list but not our airline list?

Maybe just a database error?
