cannot get fuel!!
0.6.6b brought me an interesting problem. Although stock DC-3 has over 1000kg fuel capacity, client didn't gave me 700kg fuel (even I tried 500kg and it was the same). If I can't get my fuel how can I fly? Currently I froze all my operations. Waiting for you to fix the problem.
And this is not the case for me, don't ask. I was on the runway in the plane I'll fly.Can Not Refuel Aircraft Error
One of my pilots had a problem in the beggining, complaining that he could not refuel the aircraft. His mistake was to try to refuel the aircraft (by the "Fly Booked Flight" link on the Client) before choosing an aircraft to fly in FS.

1) Client programming is DaKurt's deal.
2) Please take a little more time checking the problem out before posting here. It doesn't help anyone to hit the panic button the minute you have a problem. Work through it, get your information together, then post it all here and we can work through it.
3) Also, please try not to use such short sentances. It comes off as a bit terse/aggrivated instead of calm and "hey, I got it sorted".
Okay, now to the issue -
How much fuel did the plane have aboard when you tried to add fuel under the standard option? Remember that with the Standard Option, the number you put in the box is the amount of fuel you want to add, not the total amount you want after fueling.
DaKurt changed the Standard Option from the previous way when he released 0.6.5b. I get the feeling this was to simplify the coding so that all three modes could use the same basic codes instead of having 2 methods coded one way and the third coded another (saves a bit of space and time to do it this way).

This morning I've flown my second flight using the latest client. Here are the required info:
1- First run FS9 and I was on the runway in the plane I'll fly.
2- Checked FSNav to see how long my flight plan is and then calculated the required fuel as 875kg including reserves.
3- Checked FS9 fuel and payload and realised that stock DC-3 has 1644kg total fuel capacity in three tanks.
4- Checked FlyNET page and realised that my aircraft already must have 87kg fuel from the previous flight.
5- This means I'll enter 788kg fuel when the client run.
6- Run the client, chosen the standard mode, double checked the fuel unit and it was in kilograms, client said I have 87kg already in my tanks.
7- Then entered 788kg and I get too much fuel message! Shut down the client then restart it.
8- This time I've chosen detailed mode, see 87kg already divided in three tanks and their total capacity is 1644kg.
9- I divided required 788kg into three and typed amounts into three tanks. If I did everything correct I must have 875kg fuel on board with client running without problems.
10- Pressed refuel button. Voila!! Detailed mode is OK. I was on the runway with my tanks full, and I've flown my flight.
So, standard mode doesn't worked for me and detailed mode is OK. Now, what is the problem of 0.6.6b?

DaKurt, Chris, Fourstar, et al,
I had the same minor problem this morning refueling using the standard mode. it happened after a computer crash.
My flight was a ferry flight with a new, therefore empty, plane. A DH Comet 4B. I started everything as usual and put 18,000kg of fuel aboard using the old standard mode. So far so good. Soon after take off my computer froze, it's an old computer and I do thrash it to within an inch of it's life with FS. At this point my flight reverts to booked status.
After restarting everything, when I got to the refueling page I chose standard refuel again and the client showed 18,000kg of fuel already on board. OK I thought the fuel's already there, but unfortunately I couldn't move on to fly the flight. The client kept returning a message that I was trying to add too much fuel even if I left the quantity at zero or 1kg.
The work round was to exit and restart the client and then choose the detailed refueling method. This also showed 18,000kg of fuel aboard but unlike the standard mode let me progress to fly the flight.
I like the detailed refueling mode and think this new client is a good step forward despite this minor glitch in unusual circumstances.

Edit: after reading the post by ALT2024 I checked my pirep and found out why the flight was so profitable, usually don't make much with the Comet.
Free fuel!
