OH WAIT - If you are on a "technical fuel stop" / divert ... the system will build you a flight out automatically. A transfer might actually "break the chain" of flights and cost you millions in lost revenue.
It would be fantastic if there was a way to make heliports only have a 1/4 mile range instead of the airport 5 mile range. That would solve a lot of issues. If you miss a heliport by 1/4 mile, you shouldn't be flying helicopters!
We have had the same problem diverting into KPHX, Phoenix AZ. It dumped our pilot into a heliport across the freeway when she landed on the runway at KPHX. So our COO Sam Scott posted an internal NOTAM for diverts to be used only in emergency situations. If a pilot needs a fuel stop, we will make ...
Not working with FSX SE at all says it needs Simconnect 10.0 Tried with FSUIPC in settings and got the same result Going back to 2.3.3 and see if it works
OK I just landed KABQ and the flight report says I got paid for 3058 cargo + 12787 packages = 15845 total. The pre-flight briefing only allowed me to load 12,787 worth of packages as the max cargo with this pax load was 13,034. So I got paid for 2761 lbs of passenger bags as generic cargo. Flight ...
What I am saying is the passenger bags are showing up as general cargo in the Cargo line. added: My max cargo generic and packages together was 13,034. But the Client is showing the cargo at 15,844 which can only be the passenger bags added in. I did the math and it's 55.174 lbs per passenger. added ...
FYI - It does it with 2.3.3 too! Max cargo capacity listed as cargo weight in the Client. So when we hit change we are just tossing out baggage and not packages? There's 2800 lbs of "extra cargo" (baggage) that is not paying cargo. If you are going to keep this complex system, you need to make that ...
I cancelled my flight at my expense and rebooked it and now the numbers are all different. Something is really funky with the new system. The package cargo is the same but now the pre flight briefing is showing the crew weight and correct generic cargo where before it was showing the generic cargo ...
Loading up a flight in a 737-300 tonight. The pre-flight document states I have 13,034 packages / cargo but the Client says I have the max cargo capacity of 15,845. I did the math and the difference works out to 55.1174 lbs per passenger. So the passenger bags are showing in the Client as cargo ...
Yeah, that is a a problem with large Virtual Airlines, one of the reasons I went and started my own in 2012. I was spending far too much of my time as CEO/admin and little time flying at a large VA. I shudder at the thought of 100+ pilots in my system and I salute you for having the ability to deal ...
One more thing you can do - post a NOTAM to your pilots to go to Packages then VA Packages and check the list to see what is on their aircraft before they book their flight. They may find ground delivery packages that were forgotten for example at the end of the previous flight by another pilot ...
