Where can i find the simconnect.xml file or the fsuipc.dll file

if its for the FSA client just use the simconnect. what airport is it? sometimes they have another airport really close, and the client is recognizing the other instead of the right one. try going to the oposite side of the airport if there is another airport there. the airport is CYTZ and i tried ...

My FSUIPC4 wont work as when i am at the correct airport with the right plane it says everything is fine but wrong airport. Then i tried unistalling FSX and installing FSUIPC4 again and it still does that and it doesnt show up in FSX add-ons on the menu.

How can i get this to work again.
