US Express just expanded it's fleet to include the ERJ145 operating out of LAX to Anchorage with challenging stops at Renton Muni and Sitka Alaska.

Upward pay scale for ERJ captains is 30-35% and the ERJ Chief Pilot is approaching 40%.
