Thanks Joe, I've nailed it now. In the finish I had to create a new default user profile in Firefox; the cache just wouldn't empty any other way. It displays fine now. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.

It's getting worse... now the whole Overview page is messed up.

The 'last 5 flights' font looks way larger than the rest of the page in my browser (same in Firefox and IE7).

Hi, please could you check the max range of our 727-200F, registration N1012IO, which is showing as 0nm at the moment.

Since posting we've booked and flown the route successfully in a 744 pax version so I guess we must have been trying to book in the 744F without realizing it. The route distance is greater than the max range of the 747F as shown on the fleet page. I've taken the 747F off that route.

Tried emptying the cache, clearing all browser data and reloading the page but still updating erratically. Now my sig banner shows me in the hangar for EGCC-LOWI which I completed a few minutes ago and uploaded the PIREP automatically. My profile shows me at LOWI which is correct.
