Re: Slewing an aircraft is cheating!!

Our client should be detecting this.

Exploitation of a bug (if there is one) is grounds for suspension and termination of services.

Re: Time to Say Good Bye

Thanks for the wishes guys. Mathew, if you want to fly but haven't started yet, all I can say is look around. And try to start now as the cost to fly is only going to increase as long as we are using a gas as our main fuel, though JetA is on its way in. Thankfully, I already have my private and am ...

Re: Time to Say Good Bye

Tyler, Its a shame to see you go as you were one of the last few of us from FlyNET (besides myself, Dave, Mat, Stan and TJ, I'm not sure I know of anyone still active from those days). Best of luck to you in your pursuit of your certificates, hopefully I will see you up there some day. Always was a ...

Re: Real name vs user name

I can't speak 100% to the reason why the policy is the way it is, however I do know that the reason why the "real" name is required is due to some requirements in the way the site is set up. I personally can't tell you what those are as I don't know, but the way the site is set up, the real name is ...

Re: V$

The amount earned for a VA belongs to that VA and only someone with financial power can transfer the money to another VA and is done by choice.

Re: FSA Integration Pack bug - Book Flight

I have moved your post to the VA Integration Pack forum as that is where it belongs.

There is a notice on the front page and at the top of this forum under important announcements stating that we are aware of the bug. Our developers are working to fix it at this time.

Re: IATO codes taken away?

It is FSA policy to not disclose message and users names when referring to an incident, copy and paste the message in your already existing Support Ticket and Konny, Claudio or Joe will get back to you regarding the issue. Additionally, note that just because a member creates a VA, doesn't meant ...

Re: IATO codes taken away?

The ICAO codes that you are assigned is unique to you and would not be assigned to another airline unless your airline was defunct.

It appears this guy was just trying to get the code from you.

Re: German Sub-Forum

Uwe, As both Konny and Claudio speak German natively, if you post the issue in German, they usually respond to you in German. Likewise, for those users who post in other languages, many of us are fluent in them (for instance, I can almost always deduce Spanish and French). Not to mention, the free ...

Michael,

It sounds like what you are seeing is the Virtual Airline Integration Package. There is a relevant sub-forum for the package. It will give you all of the details you need to know.

Re: Pilot Ranks

Steve, The system ranks you are referring to are based off of the number of hours that you have logged on the FSA system. The only way to obtain them as such is to log more flights on FSA. As far as the status codes for flights go, I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. If you are referring to ...

Do you know off hand which values are missing? I am not 100% familiar with the exact values and so as such I do not know which are missing.

Re: Wiki Offline

All, The Wiki is back up and running. Note: If you made any changes to the Wiki since January 20th, these changes will need to be made again as they were not restored. We ending up rolling back the Wiki to that date and adding a new CAPTCHA system (QuestyCaptcha). Likewise, if you created a user on ...

Re: Wiki Offline

All,

As an update. I hope to be able to get the Wiki back online over the next week and prevent the issues we have been having.

I will try to keep you all updated and likewise, most likely Joe and Konny will as well.

Thank You,
Matt
